What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we will only accept returns of items in their original packaging/not worn or tried on. You have a choice of a full refund to the original payment method or store credit. (Not including shipping fees) To process your return, kindly email us, and we will notify you on where to return the product. All shipping charges for refunds MUST be paid by you.
Shipping?
Please allow 3-5 business days to process orders, once orders are processed and shipped, you will be issued a tracking number from the USPS, you will be able to track your order once the carrier has received and scanned your order.
If there are any delays in shipping your items, you will be notified via email.
Pick up / Delivery Service?
We Do offer delivery in Tampa, Clearwater, And St. Pete areas. Once order is placed, you will be contacted by phone or email to confirm your delivery date and time.
